At LAUZANAC, both of of our selfcatering cottages ie Les Chênes and the Le Pigeonnier can be booked for long stays, generally between September and June of each year and depending the rentals already done. In that case, the weekly price becomes a monthly one and all the charges are included : water, electricity, central heating, wood for the stoves, Internet access and bed linen and towels at the beginning of the stay. We consider a long let from 4 weeks and it musn’t be for more than 3 months with the option to renew the contract for 3 more months.

PETS: We accept pets under certain conditions. Not more than two, either cat or dog, for a fee of €5 per night and per pet.

For a rental by the week or weekend during the same periods, thank you to go back on Les Chênes and Le Pigeonnier.

Really comfortable because the 2 houses are equipped with the central heating and the double glazing. In each cottage, a stove with an open fire let you have a lovely view in the lounges.

To work or to play, to keep in touch with your family and friends, each cottage is equipped with an Internet access (high speed). Also the tv and a satellite for the english channels and a dvd player.

Eymet Medieval village is at 5 min. All shops, supermarket, bars and restaurants, even an English grocery, doctors, nurses and chemistry. The traditional market takes place each Thursday morning, on the beautiful square.

Different schools in the village, private or public, from 2 years old until 15.
LAUZANAC and its cottages are based at 20 mins from Bergerac and its airport, 1h from Bordeaux, 2h from the ocean Arcachon and 3h from the Pyrenees.

We live on the site so can help with arrangements, sort out problems, make phone calls etc if required. We will consider any length but please note NO PERMANENT LETTING.

Conditions of booking for long stay at Lauzanac cottages.

• All charges included: electricity, water, central heating, wood for the stoves, Internet access (high speed) and tax for the village. The bed linen and towels are provided at the beginning of the stay.

• We consider a long let to be from 8 weeks but no longer than 3 months with the option to renew the contract for 3 more months.

• Both of our cottages are available between September and June of each year subject to existing bookings.
